JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Charlie: No. There is no “good time” in the jail, even for
the trustees. Trustees receive some very limited
privileges including being able to get out of
their tank for extended periods of time, unlimited
access to the law library and exercise yard, and
they occasionally get to go outside (escorted) to
do work such as washing vehicles.
